Event Venue
Ascend 2025 will take place at the UBC Sauder School of Business and the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre. The venue offers modern amenities and a spacious layout to accommodate the diverse activities and exhibitions planned for the event. Please note that Registration and Check-In, Opening Ceremony, Finalist Presentations, and Closing Ceremony will be conducted in the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre
Event Venue
UBC Sauder is located at 2053 Main Mall, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z1, Canada. Parking facilities are not available directly at UBC Sauder but are available on UBC campus. We encourage attendees to consider eco-friendly transportation alternatives.

The Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre is located at 6163 University Blvd, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z1, Canada. Students can be dropped off and picked up directly at the building.
Registration Hours
Registration and Check-In will open at 8:15 AM on Saturday, November 15, 2025 and conclude at 9:00 AM.

Dining Options
Lunch and refreshments will be provided by Ascend from 11:20 AM to 12:00 PM. There are also many dining options within a 5-minute walk from the UBC Sauder building for attendees who wish to explore.
