Ascend 2024 will be held at the UBC Sauder School of Business. The venue offers modern amenities and a spacious layout to accommodate the diverse activities and exhibitions planned for the event.

UBC Sauder is located at 2053 Main Mall, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z1, Canada. Parking facilities are not available directly at UBC Sauder but are available on UBC campus. We encourage attendees to consider eco-friendly transportation alternatives.
Registration Hours
Registration and Check-In will open at 8:15 AM on Saturday, November 16, 2024 and conclude at 9:00 AM.

Dining Options
Lunch and refreshments will be provided by Ascend from 11:20 AM to 12:00 PM. There are also many dining options within a 5-minute walk from the UBC Sauder building for attendees who wish to explore.
