Entering her senior year at Point Grey Secondary School, Rhonarose is beyond excited to serve as the Director of Conference for Ascend 2026. She discovered her passion for case competitions after attending STRIVE 2026 and has been participating in as many as possible ever since. As Director of Conference, Rhonarose hopes to make Ascend an exciting and beginner-friendly introduction to case competitions, where attendees of all experience levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow alongside their peers. Outside of Ascend, you can catch her working poolside as a swim instructor, dragging her friends on spontaneous food runs, or making oddly specific Spotify playlists for every occasion. She cannot wait to welcome this year’s delegates and create a memorable experience that encourages them to approach challenges with creativity, strategy, and an innovative mindset.
