Kaitlin is a senior at A.R. MacNeill Secondary School and is excited to serve as the Director of Human Resources for the 2nd iteration of Ascend Competition. After competing in her first business case competition at Ascend 2024 and participating in other business-related experiences, she has found great passion and interest in the vast world of business. Grateful for the learning opportunities that have shaped her into a motivated leader, she feels encouraged to provide lasting experiences and opportunities to inspire other youth to reach their full potential. Beyond her role, Kaitlin can be found spending time with family and friends, baking, crafting handmade jewelry, and eating all around Vancouver! Whether you are starting your journey in the world of case competitions or are a returning competitor, Kaitlin hopes to create a motivational and welcoming environment for all at Ascend 2025.
